How to find who created index in SQL Server?

I am using Microsoft Excel 2019 in English.
Someone have created an index in SQL Server with no one's knowledge. It is going like a blame game within the team. Is there any way to figure out who created that index?

Can someone help me with this?

Is there any way to identify the person?
