Office 2010 Yükleme Hatası "Hata 1935"

Geçtiğimiz günlerde lisanslı Offie 2013 yükledim bilgisayarıma. Gelin görün içerisinde webbrowser nesnesi olan çok önemli bir dosyamda bu nesne görüntülenmedi. Ben de 2013'ü kaldırıp 2010'a dönmek istedim. 2 gündür ne yaptımsa nafile kurulumu gerçekleştiremedim. Sürekli;

Hata 1935.{A75F2217-AD54-3EA6-AE14-F255F8660531}derleme bileşeninin yüklenmesi sırasında bir hata oluştu. HRESULT:0X8007370B.

hatası alıyorum. Çözüme ilişkin;

Unregister Windows Installer, and then reregister Windows Installer. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Click on start and type msiexec /unreg in the search bar. Right click on themsiexec /unreg in the search pane and choose Run as administrator.
b. Click on start and type msiexec /regserver in the search bar. Right click on themsiexec /regserver in the search pane and choose Run as administrator.

Temporarily disable the current security software installed on the computer and check if the issue persists.
Disable antivirus software

Important Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. Try installing this program in the clean boot state. Refer to the article below for steps about how to start your computer in clean boot state.

Note: When the troubleshooting is over do not forget to reset the computer to normal startup. Follow the step 7 in the above article.

bu yöntemleri denedim. Ayrıca NET Framework'u kaldırıp yeniden NET Framework 4.5'i yükledim. Hâlâ aynı sorun devam ediyor. Bilgisayarımda Windows 7 Enterprise 32 Bit sistem yüklü.

Bu arada boş durmadım, araştırmalar neticesinde çözüme ulaştım. Aslında "balık nasıl tutulur" öğretisini devreye sokmak gerek ama sorunun insanı çıldırma derecesine sürükleyen bir problem olması hasebiyle çözümü direk sunuyorum.
